Leadership is practiced not so much in words as in attitude and in actions.
Many people have thoughts and plans, but lack action. They hope that things get done without having to invest much effort, and are too impatient for results. They lack patient consideration and detailed planning. They fear judgment and failure, yet refuse to accept advice from others. These are all problems that we need to face and mindsets that we need to readjust.
