MonSpace Awarded with ESQR’s Quality Achievements Awards 2017
for Outstanding Quality Management and Administration

After receiving the EBA’s Queen Victoria Commemorative Medal in 2016, CEO of MonSpace Dato’ Sri Jessy Lai is once again commended by the international community with the ESQR’s Quality Achievements Awards 2017. Lai received the award on 4 June (Sunday) in London, England.

The European Society for Quality Research (ESQR) is an international organisation based in Lausanne, Switzerland. Its purpose is to enhance quality in organisations willing to understand and commit to adhering to the European Values on which the ESQR Quality Performance Model is based. In addition, ESQR partners with corporate executives, academic experts, manufacturing specialists, engineers, scientists and technicians around the world to carry out its activities and projects.

Many big brands from across the world has received the awards. Delta Air Lines was awarded
ESQR’s Best Quality Leadership Award 2014, Philips received the European Award for Best Practices 2012, All Nippon Airways received the European Award for Best Practices 2013, and BMW Group received the ESQR’s Quality Choice Prize 2016.

Founded in 2014, MONSPACE was built on the success of its flagship project, MONSPACE Mall. Since then, it has expanded from e-commerce into fields including agriculture, entertainment, tourism, telecommunications, aviation and more. It has also penetrated markets across the globe, securing itself a reputation of quick yet stable growth.

“Quality is the measure we use to assess corporations. One of the founding principles of MonSpace is to continuously provide quality upgrades in our products and services to serve our customers better,” said Dato’ Sri Jessy Lai, CEO of MonSpace.

Lai also said that MonSpace has been constantly seeking new technology and methods to improve the quality of its services. “One of these include the incorporation of Block Chain systems into our business operations. It has proven to be a great way to ensure the privacy, security and efficacy of business transactions,” said Lai.

“To the employees of MonSpace, the quality they uphold is equivalent to the integrity of their character. The corporation has also been constantly educating its staff about social responsibilities since its founding.”

“Linking quality control to social responsibilities create a strong sense of purpose for everyone on the team to do right by our community,” Lai said to the media.

Lai also said that the guarantee of quality is what sustains MonSpace, and is also its highest operational standard. “We know that compared to many other international brands, we still have space to improve. As a relatively new company, we are excited to continue growing.”

“This award definitely encourages everyone in MonSpace to continue paying full attention to quality control, and the unending pursuit of improvement,” said Lai.

As one of the most important conferences in the corporate world and quality management, the event this year has brought together business elites from Asia, Europe, Americas, the Africas and the Pan Pacific.

Other award recipients this year include vice president Margarita Cedeño de Fernández of the Dominican Republic, Japanese Multinational Corporation Takeda Pharmaceutical etc.

Dato’ Sri Jessy Lai shared the vision and operational experiences of MonSpace at the event, and also promised to continue pursuing excellence on all levels to give customers the guarantee of quality.

欧洲质量研究会是一家总部设在瑞士洛桑的国际组织,该协会致力于质量改进及研究,推广质量管理最佳实践,提升用户满意,推行卓越绩效模式,同时对在质量以及管理方面取得显着成绩的组织和公司进行评奖和宣传。

欧美发达国家的公司,如美国丶英国丶日本丶德国丶荷兰的公司均获得过相关的奖项。如美国的达美航空获2014年“最佳质量领导力奖”丶荷兰飞利浦获2012年“管理最佳实践奖”丶日本全日空航空公司获得2013年 “最佳管理实践奖”。
